Refining agent

During the melting process of A356 alloys, mixed objects and gas components are constantly produced, and slag and gas are constantly removing. The refining process of aluminum liquid is the process of removing slag and qi. The refining agent should be used when refining, and the refining agent should meet the following conditions:

The compounds contained in the refining agent should not react with the elements in the A356 alloy, insoluble in aluminum liquid;
The proportion of refining agents is lighter than the proportion of aluminum liquid;
The melting point of the refining agent is lower than the melting temperature of the A356 alloy;
The compounds in the refining agent have a strong adsorption effect on various oxide mixed materials, or chemical reactions occur to eat oxide in oxides:
After the gear refining agent is dissolved in aluminum, its viscosity should be small and have a certain slag.
There is no pollution to the environment. The main components of cast aluminum alloy refinery are NACI, KC1, NA2SIF6> K2SIF6NA3IF6 (K3IF6), NA2C03, C2016, etc. Sodium chloride and potassium chloride can be made of refined low -melting point Qishan in a certain proportion.

A: All of our products conform to JWL/VIA standard, undergo rigorous impact test, cornering fatigue test, radial fatigue test ; Our factory is ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 TUV SFI JWL/VIA certified.
Q2: How about your delivery time?
A: From the deposit received date, we will finish production within 35-45 days. If need to produce wheel mould, leadtime will takes 3-4 weeks longer.
Q3: What information should I provide for a quotation?
A: Usually we need know : car model and the wheel size , PCD , CB , ET(offset) ,color and order quantity to make a correct quoation for you.
Q4: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer’s logo, wheel design and packing design.
Q5: What’s your MOQ?
A: For our existing mould, MOQ is 80pcs/size/fitment, can mixed with 2 colors. if need to make your own design, we can discuss about the MOQ.
